Marci Painter, Part-Time Staff

I graduated from OBU in 2000 with a degree in Communication Studies. While in college, I learned what life-transforming discipleship could look like. Upon graduation, I worked on staff with the campus ministry before beginning a long stint serving in Central Asia among unreached people groups, first of all as a single person, and then later on with my husband and children. 

I love watching God's Word transform lives! I am thrilled to serve college students by modeling and encouraging a heart for God's Word, the local church, and the nations. I am eager to "tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done" (Psalm 78:4). 

I've been married to Brad since 2004, and we have 3 kids (Lydia, Josiah, & Hudson) who are a joy to parent, train, and grow with!
