Luke Ewertz, Full-Time Staff

My time at Challenge began in the Fall of 2017 as a freshman at Wichita State. It was through the faithfulness of God, as well as the community and staff at Challenge, that I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior in January of 2019. 

I graduated from WSU in May of 2022 with a bachelor's in Secondary Education in English. My time as staff began in Fall of 2022 as a part-time intern. I began working full-time in July of 2024 and am currently working on a Masters in Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

My greatest joy is to see people come to know and love Jesus and to see that love grow. I look forward to meeting each of you in the hopes of spurring you on to know the love, hope, and fulfillment that only Jesus Christ can give. 

Accompanying me is my beautiful wife and best friend, Kiana. We’ve been married since May of 2022 and have an aggressively compassionate German shepherd named Zoe and are expecting our first little human this July.
